Currently, SecureTech is a cost free support to maintenance program. We provide 8 x 5 support (8 hours a day x 5days a week) excluding holidays. On emergency situation, phone call or online supports are given though it depends on severity. Email support is also included if severity and priority is low.

Do we give After Sales Delivery Support?


After Sales only H/W support is routed through us as per 3 years warranty. For S/W Customer has support contract which again routed through our Ops on site team.

 

Do we do Maintenance program?
Yes we are doing Maintenance contract for all the systems we are dealing with.
